1. Custom Orders
All custom orders are non-refundable. Due to the personalized nature of these items, they are made specifically to your specifications and cannot be resold. As a result, we do not offer refunds on custom-made products.
2. Partial Credit
In the event that you are not completely satisfied with your custom order, we may offer partial credit toward a future purchase at our discretion. The amount of the partial credit will be determined on a case-by-case basis, depending on the circumstances.
3. Adjustments and Alterations
